I sold an item and shipped it to Buyer. The address provided was incomplete or
Insufficient. Buyer filed a ITEMS not received claim. I responded with the details mentioned above.
Ebay gives her money back and charges me a $20 dispute fee.
So much for Seller Protection. They didn't protect me. I'm out $85 and my product was never returned to me.
