I sold an item and payment on hold
I sold an item eBay has my payment on hold until it shows as arrived. It arrived at my buyer 3 days ago and he is happy. But the eBay tracking system doesnt show it as arrives, only as shipped. How do I confirm with eBay that it arrived so I can get paid? Thanks!

Mentor1 year agoYou need to check that the tracking number when checked outside of eBay shows the item as delivered. If it does you need to contact eBay customer service and ask them to manually check the tracking. Once they confirm delivery they can start the payout process.
