I sold an item and it's not going through. AI cannot tell me why or how to resolve that issue.

How do I contact a real person to address my questions. The AI Help is NO help at all. All it does it send me stuff I did not ask for then does not allow me to move forward with my issue. Your AI needs a better AI or wow better yet a real person. I sold an item and it's not going through. AI cannot tell me why or how to resolve that issue.

I went to your active listings, selected the SOLD filter, and nothing came up. Do you have another account? If you did in fact sell an item, you should see it in your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting payment =OR= Awaiting shipment

You need to tell us exactly what the issue is. What messages are you receiving? Without additional information it is hard for us to know what the problem may be.
