Message your buyer and ask when would he like to pick up. Decide when you are available, and where you want him to pick up - are you OK with him coming to your home? Or do you want to suggest a public place like a store parking lot? Your local police station is usually happy to let your buyer pick up from you in their lobby.
He should pay through eBay checkout. Then he will get a code and a qr code. You scan the code with the app, or enter the 6 digit code in the app when he picks up. After he pays, you will be able to exchange contact info - address or location, and phone # are good to share.
