I sold an item and don't have SSN to add to the form, I am not a citizen of US

Question

I just sold an item and need to ship it out. Ebay is asking me to add my SSN and some other tax forms for US market. I am located in Eastern Europe and the item is being shipped to the US from here. I am not a US citizen either. I don't know what to do. Cancel the order?
I wouldn't want to ship the item and not get my money because of some formalities.

Please help.

Thank you, for the help.

However, I'm pretty sure I changed my account location, a few times in the past, as I traveled quite a bit back in the day. Now this option is grayed out.
I will get in touch with them a let you know.

@flammenmeer Unfortunately you set up your account incorrectly. You should have not said your registration ( Physical ) address is the US if you don't really live here.

All account registered with a US address must have a checking account with the same name and address as your government ID. You also have to provide a SS#. Without this information you will not receive a payout.
