I sold an item and buy received it damaged
I sold an expensive item and had it packed and shipped by FEDEX, but buyer received it damaged.

Mentor2 years agoeBay can't help, but where you purchased your label determines on how to proceed to file an insurance claim.
If you purchased your label through eBay, follow the steps here:

If you purchased the label at the FedEx office, go to the FedEx website to file a claim online.
