I sold a very rare record to an international customer. We tracked the item to his country
Summary: La discusión comienza con monroerarerecords mencionando que vendió un disco muy raro a un cliente internacional y pudieron rastrear el artículo hasta su país. eastlaneave también responde, pero no se proporciona contenido adicional en su respuesta.
Using the eBay International Shipping Hub an item did not reach my customer. The tracking goes all the way to his country then stops. He has not received the item, a very rare Sun record. We are working together to rectify and hopefully find the record. It isn’t a replaceable item. What should/can I do to help him? This is very frustrating for both of us and not the first time a package has gone missing using the international hub. I paid extra and had the package fully insured. eBay’s rules state I’m not responsible once it arrives at the hub but that’s not the issue. I want to help find this buyers package! What can I do?

I imagine the item is stuck in customs. I don't know if there is anything you can do.
If the buyer opens an Item Not Received Case, eBay will refund the from their money. You don't have to refund. The buyer should definitely file the case before the 30 day deadline
That doesn't replace a rare item, but, at least they would be made whole.
