I sold a Sony RX10iv camera, buyer claims a defect
The camera worked fine when I shipped it and now the buyer claims the camera has an intermittent flickering screen that he can provide proof off. I sold the camera as no returns accepted.
The buyer wants me to provide a 10% ($120-130) refund or he will request a return through eBay.
how should I handle this?

Mentor5 months agoDecide if you want to send a $120-$130 partial refund, or if you want the camera returned for a 100% refund. If you want the camera returned, you will be paying return shipping. Your no returns policy is for buyer's remorse only. If the buyer files a returns request for Item Not as Described/Defective, you will accept the return or send a partial refund.
