I sold a Rolex last night and first thing this morning the customer canceled the order
I sold a Rolex last night and this morning the buyer was to cancel because they claim “it's not the one they thought it was” mind you the Title of the Rolex stated it was a specific kind of watch so idk how they got it confused but basically what I’m asking is do I accept the cancellation or not? I ask as a new seller!

Yes, you do. If you force the completion of the sale, the buyer might go through with it, to avoid receive a non-paying buyer strike on his account. But then as soon as he receives the item, he will open a Not As Described case which will compel you to pay for the return and issue a full refund. The buyer, not knowing that eBay will automatically side with him in a NAD, might think he has to damage the item to justify a return. Then, you have to refund anyway, but you're stuck with a broken Rolex. Just cancel the transaction and avoid the hazard.

Your no returns policy does NOT mean no refunds. It is for buyers remorse returns only. So if the buyer gets the watch and SAYS it's somehow not as described you have to pay return shipping and refund 100%.
It's better for your bottom line to refund now.

Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.
Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.
Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.

Whenever a Buyer asks to cancel a Buy it Now purchase, it's almost always in the Seller's best interest to accept. The Buyer obviously no longer wants the watch so you would be avoiding an almost guaranteed return.
