I sold a ring and ready to print label and seller sends me a message with a different address to ship to! Is this ok and how will I print a label with a different address

In order to keep your seller protection, you are required to ship to the shipping address that Ebay provided you.
If you have verified that it is actually your buyer that sent you the message, you can offer to cancel the transaction at their request so that they can re-purchase the item using the correct shipping address during the checkout process.
