I sold a pair of Nike shoes, the buyer claimed they were counterfeit- they were not, ebay no help, ?
I sold a pair of Nike shoes, the buyer claimed they were counterfeit- they were not, bought from Nike, they buyer is claiming this incorrectly and don't seem to have any recourse. I can't relist and am concerned now my account will be flagged for selling counterfeit items... Is there a way to alert EBay as I am not the bad guy here?? Thanks for any assistance.
