I sold a new sealed unlocked phone

Hi all , I sold a new Samsung S24 for Â£950 and the buyer paid straight away. The buyer is on ebay from 2009 and has only 80 reviews on feedback ,all positive, but mainly from vrey low price purchases.

I have a feeling this is a scammer but not sure. I did send him a message saying that item will be dispatched in the morning and I kept a record of the IMEI. No reply from him prior or after the purchase of the phone. So my question is should I send the item or not , and can I block the phone with the IMEI?

@andrail-60 Buyers only receive positive feedback. You sold the phone so you should ship it.
