i sold a item now the there is 67.00 missing after postage paid $12
customer paid $92 but my earnings are only $12 where that money go. also I changed my address 3 times yet my old address is still listed for return.

In regards to your Payout>
That sounds frustrating.
Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be other fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.
If you click PayOut ID here, it will have a complete breakdown of that Payout:

From your gross sales (Price + Shipping, if any + Sales Tax) eBay will deduct
Sales Tax (remitted to the state)
Shipping labels
Final Value Fees FVF
Insertion fees (if any)
Promoted listing fees (if any)
Store Fees (if any)
etc.

Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do these steps>
ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings. Be sure to update ALL of the shipping addresses.

IS the item Location correct on your listings? If not then you need to update the location on the active listings and drafts as changing the address in account settings won't update those listings.
How to use bulk edit on a computer:
1. Go to this active listings page : https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2. Put a checkmark next to all items.
3. Select edit from the top of the list
4. Select all items again
5. Select edit fields on the upper left>location> edit and submit
