I sold a hsr account and the buyer bought it, but I already sent everything through messages so there is no need for package delivery at all.
Customer service AI isnt helping and I got a fee for the delivery and everything so It takes away like more than 50% of what I sold the account for. Please someone help me with this issue.

Mentor1 month agoYou listed the item as "Free shipping" for the buyer, indicating that the item would be shipped.
Do you have permission from the gaming company to sell an account? Accounts are owned by the company and not players.
Did you receive pre-approval from Ebay to sell & send digitally delivered items?

OP1 month agoi was honestly not aware of asking for the pre-approval, is there still any chance of getting the money back?

OP1 month agoSo if I contact support whenever they are available i can finally get the right amount of money? I tried reaching out today, the AI support was useless and could not reach any agents either, I’ll try again tomorrow morning.

If you want your item to show delivered. you need to ship something.

You can sell digitally delivered items via a "Classified Ad"
Sellers not approved by eBay to list electronically delivered items can list their digital items in the "Everything Else > Information Products" category in the Classified Ad format.

Create your listing on the "New Listing Tool" (with the ︙ 3 dots in the upper right) then:
1) Select an appropriate Category (such as Everything Else > Information Products)
2) Click "Format" in the "Pricing" area
3) Select Classified Ad (Not Auction, not Buy It Now)
