I sold a digital code on eBay, and after using the code my buyer said he never received anything.
I sold a digital code about a week ago and asked the seller if he wanted it shipped to his house or send through the eBay messages. He asked for it to be send through messages. on the 6th my buyer requested a refund because he ‘did not receive the item’. I immediately called customer support and sat on the phone for quite a while. He assured me on the 9th (yesterday) that I would be able to decline the refund option because ‘the item was an electronical code and not backed by eBay MBG’. Then on the Morning of the 9th I wake up to see buyer has been issued full refund and my seller account is negative balance!? I could not get through to customer support on the phone any longer, I put in an appeal stating this information and they instantly regected my appeal stating again ‘there was no tracking number provided’ as if they didn’t even read my appeal. What can I do. The code was very expensive and he just ran off with it and all the money. Any help would be greatly appreciated

And you have no tracking number to show that it was delivered.
