I sold a computer then cancelled and ebay owes me the postage as it was never sent

Question

I cannot get through to customer service as the sale is no longer showing. It was cancelled. I did however pay for shipping and insurance on the sale and it was cancelled by the buyer. He did not want to pay additional shipping that Ebay suggested I get him to pay. So we mutually cancelled the sale. I am still owed the postage. How do I get through to find out where my refund is?

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

You have to cancel your shipping label.

You can cancel a label within 28 days of purchase here:
https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
