I sold a card and I’m not getting the money for it.
The buyer messaged me and said they have received a card and it has been a month now and I still have not received my payout

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:
My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.

Mentor1 year agoGo to your seller hub and click on the Payments tab. Then click on the "Payouts" tab and see what it says.
