I sold $200 item, arrived but will be returned to sender (me) b/c buyer had incorrect address.
Buyer is new to eBay and still wants the item, but wants me to guide her on how to fix the address with eBay. I don't know how to direct her to a live person at eBay, nor how to guide her to changing her address in her profile, so that when I go to resend it (and am willing to absorb return shipping cost), it will show the correct address. She incorrectly put her zip code as part of the mailing address line, but repeated it in the last line containing city and state - Bronx, NY. I know what address is correct, but didn't think I could change it on my end. That would be the easiest as she has trouble understanding. Please help. This was one of my biggest sales and she's still very anxious to get it. I want her to get it but need to give her a way to contact you, or an easy explanation for how for her to change her address to show correctly. Thank you !
