I shouldn’t have to pay for the shipping when the wrong sizes are being sent
This is my third pair of shoes from EBay and they send me the wrong size all the different buyers are doing it what is going on?
I shouldn’t have to pay for the shipping out of my pocket I spent $60 on shipping I still don’t have a pair of shoes. It says size 6 1/2 every time and it’s not a 6 1/2 when I get it.

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED (do not select "doesn't fit"). Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
