I should not have been denied my Top Rated Seller Badge.

Question

All my metrics were good on the last evaluation and my LSR finally dipped under 3% but Ebay still has yet to give me my badge. I worked so hard for 10 months and havent had a single late shipment. How do I even appeal this? I am 100% sure I should have got that badge. I called an Ebay rep and they just told me it was my late shipment rate but it was 2.7% and I should have qualified. How can I get this fixed?

eBay does the account review on the 20th of each month. If your Seller level changes it goes into effect on the 20th of the following month. Your Seller Dashboard will alert you when the change will occur in the Seller level section at the top of the page. Seller Dashboard | eBay
