I shipped wrong item to my buyer .
I shipped the wrong item to my buyer and have requested to return the package to me unopened. What's the process for her to do this?

Have the buyer file a Refund Request. You approve the request and supply the prepaid return shipping label. You refund the buyer when you receive the returned item.
