I shipped two items to china via ebay's global shipping site that arrived broken. how get refund

I do not mind giving the buyer in china a refund on broken items, but how do they get reimbursed for their shipping charge cost by ebay which I do not see since ebay forewared tghe packages? I suspect the buyer in China was charged a hefty dollar amount for shipping to china location, but I do not know how much they paid to ebay?

@Anonymous YOU do not refund anything. The buyer files an arrived damaged refund request. eBay handles the refund. You keep the sale $. This is a benefit of the eBay International Shipping Program.

If eBay doesn't step in to handle the refund and send the request to you then you need to contact CS.
