I shipped to buyer through ebay postage, but it is not the correct address for buyer
Is there any help for this situation? I shipped an item using ebay label and postage. The package was delivered to the address on the label by the post office. However, the buyer said that is not her address and that she has lived in the same place for 10 years. She thinks it is my problem to handle, but I am not sure what to do next. I had suggested opening an undelivered package through ebay or going through the post office.
From the buyer -
"Excuse me, but why do I have to go through all this trouble? You sent it to the wrong address. You deal with eBay and please refund my money. "

The buyer is wrong.
You shipped to the address that was provided by Ebay, that's all you were required to do. As long as tracking indicates the package was delivered to the buyer's Ebay shipping address, you are in the clear.
