I shipped the wrong item, need postage to send right item?
I shipped the wrong item? I had (2) similar items, i shipped the wrong one. I bought the return shipping for the buyer. How do I get another shipping postage to send the right item?

Mentor2 weeks agoDid the buyer file a returns request, you accepted and the return shipping label was provided? If so, when tracking shows Delivered back to you, you will need to refund the buyer. Relist the item and the buyer can then repurchase the item, and you can then reship.
