I shipped the item, it was delivered but eBay's status says "shipped" - funds on hold

Hi, I need help with the following situation.

I shipped the item that I sold, it was delivered (says delivered when I enter the tracking number) but eBay's shipping status still shows as "shipped" and not "delivered". This has put my funds on hold. I have manually added the tracking number (weeks after it was delivered) but the shipping status doesn't change.

How do I clear my funds?

According to Ebay: New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices, becoming established, and building a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically receive their funds within 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer
