I shipped the item back for a refund and I never got my refund
So I shipped my item to a seller. I basically rejected the package so that I didn't have to pay for shipping. The item was delivered to the seller. But it has been multiple days since the item has been delivered. I believe we are on the 4th day and the seller is not responding to me and I just want my money back. Ebay is saying I never sent the item even though it says on the original tracking number it was delivered back to the seller. Thoughts? Thanks!

When you refuse delivery, you forfeit your Money Back Guarantee.
You needed to go through the Return Request process.

OP2 years agoI clicked the link but I don't have the original item because I already sent it to the seller. The seller has it now.

What happens if I contact my bank to try getting this resolved? What will happen then?
