I shipped mislabeled items
How can I send return labels to buyers? I swapped the labels for shipping is it possible to send them labels for each other or do they need to send them to me?

The best way to handle this is to message each buyer and let them know what happened. Have them open a return and you will provide a shipping label for them to send the item back to you. Once you get the item back refund the buyer.
Do not refund until you receive the item back. Once you refund the buyer does not have any incentive to return the item. If both buyers return the items you can relist so they can re-purchase.
It does sometimes happen that one buyer will refuse to send an item back. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to force them to do so. This is why it is best to have them send to you and not each other.

OP8 months agoThanks for your help. I think I messed up by immediately refunding both buyers, the buyer who received the wrong item first opened a did not receive item return and I refunded the other buyer before they received the item. I was absolutely mortified at my silly mistake!
