I shipped an item to a buyer and the tracking hasn't updated in over a month
I have been in contact with the buyer and recommended they file with ebay about an item not received. So do I have to refund the buyer now or does ebay cover that? I purchased the shipping label through ebay and the tracking proves it was mailed out and has been received at a couple of transit centers. It's just not been delivered and the tracking hasn't been updated in over a month.

Mentor1 year agoUnfortunately it will be up to you to fully refund the buyer. All you did is purchase the shipping label from eBay and eBay has nothing to do with guarantying delivery. Check the USPS website to see what is happening with your package and contact their customer service for assistance since you may be able to claim insurance for a lost package.
