I shipped a package and it was returned.
I shipped a package that was returned due to an insufficient address, unable to forward. I've never had this happen. I've messaged the buyer, but they haven't responded. I don't mind reshaping, but at whose expense? Or should I just refund and lose the shipping costs and move on?
