If the item is still in transit, contact the carrier right away and request a redirect or intercept to the correct address
If it has already been delivered to the wrong address, go to the order details and select “Ship another item,” create a new label with the correct address, take a screenshot, save it as a JPEG, and send it to the buyer through eBay messages so they can print it and forward the package to the correct person
