I shiped a mixer and it was broke durning shipping does fedx pay for the damage?
This arrived with the mixer portion broken off of the stand. I’m going to go ahead and assume it was broken during shipment because of the incredibly bad job of packing. With something so heavy and the vulnerable spot so small, without adequate packing around it, that was bound to snap, which it did. What would you like to do?

Mentor2 years agoWho did the packing? If you did not pack it properly, FedEx will not pay for damages.
