I sent the wrong item to the wrong buyer.
I sent the wrong item to the wrong buyer and now that buyer is saying they had not received anything even though it shows it’s been delivered. What do I need to do about getting that item back?

Mentor6 months agoThe buyer needs to file a Return Request so that you can send them a prepaid return shipping label in order for them to send it back to you for a refund.

OP5 months agoI told the buyer that but the buyer said it wasn’t delivered to her even though the tracking number says the package was delivered to her mailbox. So now I don’t know what to do. The item was a Dyson hairdryer so yeah it wasn’t something that could be just forgotten about. I need it back.
