I sent the wrong item. How do I send the correct item? Will printing another shipping label work?

If you don't want to pay to get the wrong item back from the buyer, you can go to Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & Shipped

Locate the order, click the 3 dots, click PRINT ANOTHER LABEL. Send out the package. You can also select CONTACT BUYER and send a message letting know what happened, and that you do not want the incorrect item back.

Let me know if you do want to pay to get the wrong item back, and I can explain what you need to do.

Did you already ship the item, or just realized you printed out the wrong label? If you shipped the item, you may have to contact the shipper and have it recalled which does cost money. If you haven't shipped the item, you can print a new label and you have 28 days to get a refund for the wrong label.
