i sent the item to the address sent to me from Ebay. According to the buyer it was the wrong address
i sent the item to the address sent to me from Ebay. According to the buyer it was the wrong address. I recieved the item back. the buyer wants his money back which i have no problem with but also the postage.

The buyer had the opportunity to change the ‘Ship to’ address during Checkout if it was incorrect.
You are allowed to deduct the shipping cost the buyer paid from the refund.

OP2 years agoHe said he changed his address with Ebay months ago. I sent the package to the old address. Ebay never updated his address. It looks to me that Ebay messed up.
