I sent an offer to buyer but they paid full price
I sent $28 offer to buyer they paid $35
bought item. They sent message for me to fix because they really wanted to pay offer amount. I am not sure how I can fix it without canceling and have her pay lower amount. Is there a price adjustment through eBay? I know that we have the capability of giving partial refunds after the fact. But not sure how to do it up front. Pretty sure I don’t want to just send difference and then they cancel transaction

Mentor2 years agoI am guessing the $7 difference is the shipping. Go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Click on the Order Details and see exactly what ebay charged. If indeed the item price is not the Offer price, once you print the shipping label, you can send a partial refund.
