I sent an item using the Global Shipping program but them item never got delivered to the buyer.
I sent this item to the local hub address provided by Ebay on August 22nd. It made it to their country, I wasn't keeping an eye on it because I've never had issues with Global Shipping. The buyer contacted me about a month later they had no received their item, at the time I saw there had been several atempts to deliver via the Portuguese Postal Service but it said it was help pending sender instructions, I believe there was a mistake from the people at the Hub maybe in the address of the sender, I never had it, I only had the hub address that I put with the reference number provide by Ebay. I asked the buyer to contact their post office with the tracking to figure out what issue was, they didn't understand what I meant, so every couple of weeks buyer kept messaging me about it, at some point it had moved to a place in France, Chilly Mazarin, to be sent back? But its been there, I have asked the buyer numerous times to contact Ebay, their post office etc... Tried to translante English to Portuguese nothing. Buyer keeps messaging me. I saw they opened a case about it but then it was closed, I don't know what to do, I didn't do anything wrong.
