I sent a package to a buyer and it got loss by usps , so the buyer got a refund. Then I noticed the
Part was delivered after 1 month, I sent the buyer a message as follows, I see you got the part, do you want to buy it or send it back, I will pay for shipping. The buyer isn’t answering me, can ebay call the buyer a response

Mentor8 months agoEbay will not contact the buyer on your behalf.
After the buyer has been refunded, the transaction is over. The buyer is not required to respond, repay nor return.
