I see item i did not receive in my purchase history, Ebay does not.

Question

I purchased an item on November 29, 2025. I can see it in my purchase history. It does not show as received in tracking. Yet when I try to open a case Ebay does not recognize the order number.

How can I get my money back?

The buyer has thirty days from the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of purchase to start an "item not received" claim with eBay. Once a claim has been started, the buyer has up to twenty-one business days to ask eBay to step in and force a refund. After that, the case is automatically closed without a refund, and eBay can no longer help.

If you have waited too long to start a claim or to ask eBay to step in, you may still have recourse through your payment method. Many credit cards offer some protection for items that are not received for up to six months from the date of purchase.
