I screwed up and forgot to remove a listing that sold. When I could not deliver, now Ebay wants to charge me fees and another charge for $1500 - that I do not have?

@anthonsaumel0 You need to cancel the sale as out of stock. Then you get your sellers fees back. Be sure to refund the buyer BEFORE the 3rd day if file a not received refund request or eBay will force a refund and you do not get your sellers fees back.

The refund unfortunately does come from your back up payment method for selling costs.

Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.

Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select

Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.

Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.
