I returned purchases, They were delivered. Refund still on hold! Live Ebay impossable.
Pay Pal said the payment is there and cannot be relleased untill returns delivered to ebay. they were delivered
days ago to the ebay address given days ago. I have jumped through every hoop. No email, no online way to get results and even the chat was constantly wrong. It gave me a call you back box that was disabled. What do I do now?
