I returned an order and now it doesn't exist
Hi, I tried to return an order (a car grill trim) to a seller that did not fit as advertised. However after going through the automated return process and mailing my item back with the label provided through eBay, the order and details of my return seem to be unavailable in my account. Almost like the entire order was errased. I got an email from ebay saying my return had been received and I should receive my refund by the 30th. Haven't heard anything.

OP1 year agoNVM. I did in fact receive the refund. I think the issue with the order not showing up in my account is that it wasn't linked to it because I originally purchased the item with guest checkout.
