I returned an item. Should I get the refund of shipping cost?
I bought an item of $129.99. The seller requested $27.75 shipping cost and $7.8 tax so total is $165.54. The seller said free return so as soon as I see the item I do not like it so, I requested a return. I only received $137.79. for refund. That meant I did not get refund for shipping cost. Is that fair? should the shipping cost split equally between the seller and the buyer?

Your reason "I do not like it" is considered a Remorse return, sort of like you changed your mind, and the original shipping can be withheld.
Free returns means the Seller agrees to pay the return shipping before they ever Sell the item so they eat that cost. So in basic terms you both paid shipping one way so it was "split" in that regard.
