Once the refund has been made, any links to return labels or QR codes stop working. This is so that sellers that do not want to pay for return shipping can refund immediately.
If the seller wants the item back, typically the seller waits until the item has been returned to issue the refund. Otherwise the seller has no leverage to force the buyer to return the item.
If you still want the item back after refunding, you will have to find a way outside of eBay to provide the buyer with a prepaid shipping label, and then hope that the buyer is willing to use it.
