I returned a damaged item and ebay told me shipper couldn't send shipping label,
seller says

ebay return polices say that seller is responsible for shipping on damaged goods or goods that are misrepresented.Mine was a damaged transmission part return shipping was 47.50
I am trying to decide whether to just not make ebay purchases anymore,or just not purchase anything from China. I have tried to find a way to contact ebay. They closed the case out.I don't care much for a business that I can't call or email when I have a problem
