I return am item because the item doesn’t match description.
I received a message from ebay saying that the item was delivered back to the seller and that I should receive my refund by February 23 .they told me if I don’t receive my refund by February 23 I can ask them to step in and help me to get my refund.so that’s what I did .today is February 24 I ask them to step in and help me. Ebay closed the case and told me that I will not get a refund.my refund is $173.00 the seller has the item and my money.I tried to appeal but I have to wait for the next 48 to 72 hours before I hear back from ebay. Am so hurt about this situation because I have been do business with ebay for over 18 years and this never happened to me before.please if anyone out there can help me please let me know l work hard for my money and $173.00 is a lot to loose.

The case probably timed out and closed.
If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your credit card.
