I requested a refund for an item because it was not as described and the address is invalid

The user deactivated their account but when I requested a refund, they still replied. They gave me a shipping label from China but UPS/Fedex is saying that the address cannot be found. I let the seller know but no contact. Also, since they deactivated their account thus remove the posting, I wasn't sure that I would also have to pay for shipping overseas.

Ask Ebay to step in to help you. Find the item in your Purchases . Select See return request details Select Ask eBay to step in and help . Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm .
