·2 years agoIf you've already filed for your package not arriving in your Purchase History, you need to go back in after 3 days but before 21 days to "Ask eBay to step in." That is what actually triggers eBay to review the submissions of you and the seller to decide the case and issue you a refund if you are entitled to it. If you miss the 21 day deadline you won't ever get your money back from eBay, you'll need to go to your funding source.

Mentor2 years agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
