Hello. On Oct 11, 2024, I ordered Order number 23-12165-05613 and immediately requested a cancellation. And I sent a separate cancellation request message to the seller 3 times, but I have not received a response. I want to cancel. Please cancel it.

Mentor1 year agoIt's unfortunate, but if the seller does not want to cancel the transaction, they will not be forced to cancel.
If you no longer want the item you can look at the return policy and perhaps return it.
The seller does not have to cancel.
