I request a cancellation of my order thats not been shipped after 4 days and was denied by seller.

I requested cancellation of my items I bought on Ebay after 4 days of items not being shipped and was denied. items are still at the warehouse and upon checking fedx they can't find that they picked items up yet. What can I do?

Sellers are not required to cancel transactions, and if they are dropshipping from a warehouse, they may not be able to cancel.

Once the estimated date of delivery passes, the next day you can open a case for Item Not Received.
