I refurs to sell at the final price of the auction. The price is too low.
An auction has just concluded. The final bid was low. I will not sell/ship this painting for 23.xx. I need to speak with a rep on Monday or tonight. I will not complete this sale. I am keeping this painting.

It's better to raise a starting price to avoid this from happening.
If you cancel, you'll receive a defect. And you can receive negative feedback.
If you cancel, you have to select "being out of stock".
